Social Groups

Clarity ABA Social Groups are safe, fun learning spaces that affirm and respect each person’s unique preferences and perspective while building connections and appreciation for each other.

Social groups provide invaluable learning opportunities for children to build their skills and have fun, safe, meaningful interactions with peers. We work together on communication and self-advocacy, joining in or opting out, turn taking and waiting, flexibility, perspective taking, respecting others, and more. Our facilitators select weekly themes with children’s special interests in mind and choose activities that highlight each child’s unique strengths while helping them build appreciation and connection with others.

Our clinicians assess each child’s support needs and goals prior to recommending a group and the appropriate level of adult support. Children are grouped based on a variety of factors including age, interests, complementary goals and support needs.

Social groups are open to children currently receiving Clarity in home ABA services and a limited number of children who are not yet working with us.

Social group participation may be covered by insurance or private payment. Please contact us to learn more about costs.
