About Clarity ABA

Kelley St. Clair
MA, BCBA, LABA
Clarity ABA Owner & CEO

I founded Clarity ABA to help families like yours and mine. As a mom to a child (now a young man!) who has received life-long ABA, and as a BCBA, I’ve seen great ABA and not-so-good ABA. Too many families are waiting for help, and there is not enough high-quality ABA to serve all the children in need. We are here to offer exceptional ABA services to as many families as possible.

When done well, the science of ABA and the compassion of ABA providers helps children in ways that can seem miraculous. I’ve seen it help a 5-year-old speak his first words. I’ve seen it help children who are struggling with dangerous self-injury and aggression learn precious toleration and self-calming strategies. It can help one child learn to read, another to play and make friends, and even help a young adult start his first job! The possibilities are endless. It only takes vision, some hard work, and the belief that every child and family is worth it and every child can grow and succeed in meaningful ways.

We are here for your family as you make the journey to support your child in becoming their best self – with kindness, empathy, creativity and a powerful science. We are here to celebrate each child as an individual – perfectly imperfect, just like each and every one of us.

About Nicole

Nicole has been working with early learners for her entire career, starting in her hometown childcare centers and moving on to pursue a career in education, pre-k through third grade. Nicole happened upon Applied Behavior Analysis in her undergraduate career, where she fell in love with the one-on-one individualized instructional model that ABA has to offer! Nicole graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in psychology and early childhood education. She then pursued a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Westfield State University. Nicole has been a Massachusetts Licensed Behavior Analyst since 2021. Nicole is committed to learning and teaching others the most recent evidence-based practices in ABA. Outside of spending time with children in the field, Nicole loves spending time with her loved ones any chance she can get, bringing her dog Oliver (a large white poodle) to the beach, trips to get frozen yogurt, and hiding under a cozy blanket with a large cup of tea!
